I know we’re not suppose to click on your own ads but I had to do it.
I’ve been writing on a websit called xomba and they pay you if people click on your ads.I had 249 page imprssions but no ad clicks, which i found really weird. I clicked on my ads just to make sure it’s working and it’s not.
I also did the same thing in my blog and again adsense still is at £0.00

It’s normal – 249 hits and no clicks is just the way it goes. Depending on where the ads are placed and what type of ads they are, and how they blend in with the rest of the text all affects your click-through rate.

Obviously if you get more – go celebrate!
Don’t worry about the click though, people do it all the time by mistake. As long as you don’t start making dozens of clicks in a row all on the same ad, you’re fine.

The adsense earning something are delay. Also, invalid click will not give your any money. Or maybe your click is less than £0.01
December 23rd, 2009 at 3:26 amBy the way, you shall not click on your own ads no matter what is the reason, it is against adsense TOS and you will get banned

How long did you wait before you checked to see if the information in your adsense account had changed? Keep in mind Adsense does not update the account on a real time basis so if you click and then check immediately it would not show it in your account.
