   You can use the same AdSense account for all your websites as long as they follow the terms of service and policy agreement. Just go ahead and insert your AdSense code on your new site.
   Remember, you only provide a website during the inital sign-up phase to show you have atleast one website following the current terms of service and the policy agreement.

   Says:

   Get a new domain name and upload all the content of the existing site to the new domain name. New domain name is the way to rename your website
   If this is a blog at Blogger, then go to SETTINGS and then to PUBLISHING, and change the URL there
   If you just want to track the new site in Adsense, simply create a new CHANNEL pointing to the domain name of this new site
