   Yes. Search for Google adsense plugins in wordpress. Download and upload to plugins folder.

   create a text widget and put your adsense code in there. That will work if you want to insert adsense into the sidebar.

   If you want to insert it into a post or header you will need a plugin such as http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-adsense-and-ypn/
